How to Refer an Individual

  1. Choose preferred method above e.g., 'online' or 'In-person' by clicking the 'BOOK & PAY' button. (This will take you to Eventbrite.)
  2. Follow the instructions provided by Eventbrite to select delivery date and time.
  3. Select payment method e.g., credit card, Afterpay or invoice and then complete the process to secure a spot.
  4. Once the funds have cleared, you will receive a booking confirmation email and your client will contacted and scheduled in.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU HAVE REFERRED?

Your Client | Participant

  1. Receives a Welcome Email
  2. A phone call within two days to book a date for a workshop or webinar
  3. An Activity Schedule email
  4. A reminder sms and email 24-48 hours prior
  5. A Certificate of Participation emailed, within two business days of completion

Organisation or Service Provider

The Group123 Support Team have four weeks to engage the Participant and start the activity unless you have booked an onsite traditional delivery with a min of 10-15 Participants. Call 1300 323 123 or email support@group123.org

$352 per person with a min of 10 (Max 25 people as long as venue can accommodate a greater number of attendees). Venue cost and catering may not be included. Additional travel costs may be incurred when delivering over 150kms from our main office. 

Online Webinar | Min $3,960 per session (Incl gst)
$132 per person with a min of 20 (Max 500 people via Zoom or Teams)

Measures   Pre and post survey for the full program.                  Resources  Comprehensive practical documents to support learning and follow-up resources via email.                                                                                      Billing  Group bookings will be invoiced as a whole figure. For organisations and providers that require individual invoicing, we will provide invoice/receipt for each attendee once a list is provided. and full payment received.

By purchasing the Marketing 101 pack, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. The products and services offered within the pack are offered fees are non-refundable once payment is made, and any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date. Participants are responsible for ensuring their attendance at scheduled sessions. 

Eligibility: Applies to participants who purchased a seat or service from Group123 for services.
Notification Required: Notify Group123 of inability to attend at least 72 hours in advance via email.
Webinar Availability: Dates provided by Group123; participants must select an available date.
Non-Transferable: Guarantee applies only to the initially booked participant.
Cancellation Policy: Failure to attend both sessions voids the refund policy & further rescheduling.
