Creating a Vision Board:
  • Explaining the concept of a vision board as a visual representation of long-term goals, dreams, and aspirations.
  • Guiding participants through the process of creating their own vision board using images, words, and symbols that resonate with them.
  • Emphasising how a vision board serves as a powerful tool for maintaining motivation, focus, and direction, thereby contributing to holistic health and wellbeing.
Fostering Mindfulness:
  • Introducing mindfulness as a practice for cultivating present-moment awareness, acceptance, and non-judgment.
  • Providing techniques and exercises for practicing mindfulness in daily life, such as mindful breathing, body scans, and sensory awareness.
  • Highlighting the benefits of mindfulness for reducing stress, enhancing mental clarity, and promoting overall wellbeing.

Full Workshop In-person delivery from $4,005 per day
Up to 15 people e.g. $267 per person (normally $400 per person). Venue cost and catering not included. Additional costs incurred when delivering over 2-hour or half-day sessions.

The program fees are non-refundable once payment is made, and any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date. Participants are responsible for ensuring their attendance at scheduled sessions, and any missed sessions will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds. Group123 reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule, format, or content as deemed necessary for the optimal delivery of the program, with notification provided to participants in advance whenever possible.
